Of teachers to principals: access routes to school management
Abstract
This article is part of the development of research that is being conducted with a qualitative design and etnometodological perspective about the 1984-1990 graduates teachers generation Normal School in Toluca, State of Mexico, who have come to occupy school positions leadership in the Middle Superior Level.
