Migration in crime
Abstract
The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between crime and migration. In the methodology, interviews were applied to a sample of women held for the crime of murder in the Preventive and Rehabilitation of Women Puente Grande, Jalisco (2013-2014) Center. Used research methods criminology, law and sociology. In the results, it was found that 75% of the sample, migrated from other states in Mexico to where they committed their crime, this correlates with other factors and various indicators. Also, the big trend of internal migration in Mexico was identified, which amends the criminal dynamics, the degree of dangerousness, planning, instruments used and changes in the criminal responsibility; it leads to mutation and evolution of high-risk criminal.
